Information What/How Information We Collect:

The app will collect viable information from your social media account (which include, Facebook, Google, and any other available social network) during the registration or login process, such as name, pic, location, gender, age along with any other information that is provided by you during the registration process or while using CoRover. We will only collect the pre-stated information upon confirmation by you. Additionally, the information will be visible to all CoRover users and there will be visible to you in the same manner. We neither approach, interfere or post anything to your Facebook account without prior consent for the user. We are also using the Google Places API (http://www.google.com/privacy.html).

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance:

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age, and cannot be held viable for being used by anyone under the age of 13. Our app and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Content:

We will not have any ownership of content shared or posted by users but will have full entitlement to irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute all material such as , messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or any other material. By sharing or posting any content on our site we are entitled to full rights required to forbid any of the following aggregation, display, copying, duplication, reproduction, or exploitation of the content.

To ensure the safety of your personal information and your trust technical, procedural and commercial safeguards are provided by us in accordance with federal and state regulations.
